san francisco day 2.

on our second day we went hiking in muir woods. this is the national monument near san francisco that has all the giant redwoods. i had seen so many photos of muir woods and told mallory that this was on the top of my list for the trip. let me tell you, it was breathtaking. also, somehow we ended up going on a free admission day (score!) it was pretty crowded but still amaze!

after we finished the hike, we sat for the “tree talk” given by the park ranger. did you know that some of these trees are 300 feet tall?

that night mallory and i went out to dinner for thai/laos food and tropical drinks. we were excited to relax after a long day!
