I know, I know. I had Rosie in July and it is now January and I am just sharing a 4th trimester recap. Well, at least I am doing it! I was with a friend and her newborn over the weekend and all of these memories and feelings came rushing back to me and I wanted to get it all down. The 4th trimester is the first three months of your baby's life. The time when you are going through some of the most massive changes of your life! If you remember back several months, I posted Rosie's birth story. ... View the Post
Liss Travels: 12 Tips to Flying with an Infant
Rosie is five months old and she has been on 7 flights! I am so proud of her for being such a great traveler, and I look forward to fun trips in the future! We flew for the first time when she was about 4 months, and have flown a few times since. Not all of these seven flights were a breeze, but I did learn a lot along the way when it comes to flying with an infant. All of our flights were on Southwest, so some tips may be specific to this airline, but most should be pretty universal! I thought ... View the Post
Top Products of 2019
It's been awhile since I've posted a blog! With our big move and then the holidays, I really struggled to get any blog posts up toward the end of 2019. But it's a new year and I'm ready to focus up. For my first post of 2020, I thought it would be fun to recap the top ten products on Wedded Liss from 2019. Most of the products are items that I wore while pregnant (but I was pregnant for most of 2019, so that makes sense!) That being said, I didn't really wear many maternity clothes while I ... Review: Happiest Baby Snoo
The Happiest Baby Snoo is essentially a robot bed that soothes your baby for you when your baby wakes at night. Our pediatrician recommended this bed to us when Rosie was literally not sleeping AT ALL at night. One night her Owlet monitor said she slept only 37 minutes the entire night. At Rosie's 2-week well visit, we told the pediatrician we needed help. She said, "have you heard of the Snoo?" I said yes, of course, but it's $1300. And she responded, "did you know you can rent one?" We were ... View the Post
3 Months of Rosie
Rosie is 3 months old! It has been so fun to watch her grow these last few months. I still can't believe it sometimes that I get to be her mom! It's hard to even remember what life was like before her. She is the sweetest and happiest girl and I love her so much! I thought it would be fun to document all about Rosie at 3 months. What Rosie is Doing: Keeping her head up with full control over her head and neckStaying awake for a lot longer during the day and having fun with more play ... View the Post
Rosie’s Nursery
It's taken me awhile to share Rosie's nursery, but I am FINALLY sharing a few photos. I am excited to share the inspiration, what we picked out, and also some space-saving tips. I still have some finishing touches (I want to add some pink touches at some point!) but here are a few fun photos! The Inspiration The inspiration for the nursery is actually this wall hanging that I made, We collected all of the sea glass when we were in the Bahamas last November (we did not know we were ...
