Wool Beanie – This beanie is made by North Face (so you know it’s good!) A warm beanie is great for running and working out outdoors, but also just for wearing to and from the gym. I love to cover up my dirty hair with a beanie after a work out!
Wireless Earbuds – How annoying is it when your headphones get tangled while you’re working out? A wireless pair like this makes working out a breeze (lol). I love that these are a fun color too!
Collagen Peptides – I just started using collagen peptides a few months ago and I am loving the results. I put it in my coffee every morning and can’t taste it at all. The biggest difference I notice is my hair (yay new hair growth!)
Yoga Pants – I love the Zella brand of yoga pants! I think the quality is as good as Lulu, but half the price. I have a pair of these in black, and wear them constantly. This cute blue pair is 40% right now, making them under $35!
Gym Bag – I love the vintage style of this bag and it looks like really great quality. At $45, I think this is a really nice gift that also looks really expensive. The size would be perfect for going to the gym.
Body Roller – A foam roller would make a great gift for the runner in your life. This particular one has SO MANY good reviews. I don’t know much about foam rolling, but this one seems legit.
Water Bottle – I have one of these Swell water bottles in the gold color and I love it. Water stays cold for SO LONG. I can keep ice water cold in here for at least 12 hours. Treat a friend (or yourself!) Plus it’s a cute pink color.
Socks – Socks are kind of the go-to gift for someone when you don’t really know what to get them, because who doesn’t need socks? These are low (won’t show in workout shoes) and also cute.
Invisibobbles – These are the best hair ties! I started using these about a year ago and now I won’t go back. They don’t leave creases, and don’t hurt when taking them out. These would make a great gift for a girlfriend or a great stocking stuffer too!
Running Gloves – I mentioned these in my Gift Guide for Travelers, and I am mentioning them again here because I think these are such a great gift idea. They are warm, you can text with them on, and also cute. What’s not to like?
Headband – A workout headband is another great gift or stocking stuffer for the fitness guru. I could see getting this for a girlfriend or even a co-worker.
Resistance Band – I love resistance band workouts because you can do them in your home! With our Minnesota winters, I am all about the in-home workouts. Based on the reviews, the length of this seems good for the petite ladies.
Dumbbells – If you have a friend or family member just getting started on their workout journey, 5 pound dumbbells are a great place to start. This is another great tool for in-home workouts.
Sports Bra – A girl can’t have too many cute sports bras. Doesn’t it make working out so much better? If I’ve got a cute sports bra or top to wear, I am WAY more likely to go work out. That’s just science.
