hi and happy friday! can you believe summer is basically over? i feel like august flew by so so fast. here we are and it’s labor day. crazy! thought i would share with you what i bought in august. i started to think a little bit more about fall (as scary as that sounds) and pick up some items for cooler weather.
i got these ‘step hem’ jeans from old navy. i have been looking for a few months for an affordable pair and came across these. if you’re thinking “wtf is a step hem?” click and find out! i love the ‘rockstar’ fit from old navy. i have 3 to 4 different pairs (various hems and washes) including this step hem pair. old navy is great for fall items like jackets, shoes, and accessories.
target was doing a BOGO 50% off on shoes. i grabbed these mule loafers for only $23. they look just like the gucci ones which will set you back $650. you know i love to find those dupes when i can! i have worn them a dozen times already and they seem to go with everything. for 50% off, i also got these slides. i love fur for transition into fall. these are obviously a bit more of a statement!
