Recently I made a conscious decision to practice gratitude. What I mean is that I made a conscious decision to notice and reflect on the things I am grateful for on a regular basis. When you’re going through tough times, it’s easy to dwell on the negative – the hurt, the pain, the frustration. Incorporating gratitude into my life has let a lot of those feelings dissolve.
Because it’s November and the month of ‘gratitude’ I encourage you to practice gratitude daily for the rest of the month. I brainstormed and came up with 30 different ways to show gratitude. Most of the things on the list are so easy! Things like calling your mom or giving someone a compliment. I challenge you to pick a few that speak to you and practice them!
I’m thankful for you all as readers and I appreciate you for reading and being with me on this journey.
